Dr. Deborah Mechanic is a chiropractor, yoga instructor, and functional integrated acupuncture provider serving patients across the GTA. Her approach blends evidence-based care with mindful movement to help people reduce pain, restore function, and feel at home in their bodies.
Raised in the Bathurst and Lawrence community, Dr. Deborah has remained actively involved through volunteer work with organizations including Baycrest, The Brain Tumour Foundation, Lymphoma Canada, The Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation, The Heart and Stroke Foundation, and various local schools and synagogues. She continues to offer her time and clinical services to smaller community groups as well.

Functional movement and neuromusculoskeletal health
Her background also includes studying meditation and neurophysiology, experience that shapes her calm, holistic therapeutic style. While completing her training at CMCC, she also worked weekly at the APTUS Child Treatment Centre and taught yoga to adults and seniors with a focus on mobility, balance, and strength.
