It’s actually a new fun symptom from years of clenching my teeth! 😬

I’m no stranger to jaw and face pain. TMJ issues have plagued me since high school, and I’ve spent years working with dentists, and orthodontists, researching how to help it. Mostly for you- but also a little bit for me. Lucky for me (and well, all of his patients), I have a dentist who’s in the trenches with me looking for answers and getting results! (Spoiler alert, the answer and most effective treatment is all in the #integratedcare )
